Bitcoin surged 30% in two weeks, from 62,500 to 81,261, and has spent the last four days drifting sideways between 77,570 and 81,261.
Price set a new high while its upward force weakened - visible on the 4-hour, 12-hour and daily charts at once, exactly where sellers have capped it twice.
So the stop sits at 82,400, above the recent 81,261 high. A close above that would mean the level was a launchpad rather than resistance, and we stand down.
