Stellar (XLM) has slid for four months from 0.25 dollars back in June to 0.167 today, and is once again testing its recent floor at 0.165 dollars.
Around 0.172 to 0.175 dollars the prior bounce high and several moving average lines all overlap, so we expect a rebound to stall there and turn back down.
If instead price climbs above 0.179 dollars and holds there, the downward flow would be broken, which is exactly why the stop-loss sits just above that level.
