Bitcoin sold off to the 62,000s, bounced, and has now held near 64,000 for three days, with its main moving averages bunched just below at around 63,600.
Selling looked exhausted at the low, downside momentum weakened as price fell, and moving averages from several periods all converge at 63,600-63,850.
If that support gives way and price drops under 63,120, the entire bounce case is broken, which is exactly why the stop-loss sits at that level.
